Privacy Policy

What data we collect

The site collects personal data in only two cases: when you join the waitlist and when you submit a brand application.

• Waitlist: your email address, platform preference (iPhone, Android, or both), language, and optional consent to commercial messages.
• Brand application: the company, brand, contact person, and store information you enter in the form.
• The hash of your IP address and browser information, to prevent abuse.

Who can see the data

Forms are sent to the server at vagora.lamma.dev; the server is hosted on netcup in Germany. Cloudflare (US) is used for content delivery and Turnstile bot verification, and Resend (US) to send the confirmation email. Error tracking is done on our own server. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

Tracking and analytics

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit counts are measured with cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics. See the Cookie Policy page for details.

The app

The Vagora app is not yet released. The section on avatar and biometric data (face and body scanning) will be added to this policy before the app is launched. Until then, no scan data is collected through this site.

Your rights

For requests to access, correct, or delete your data, write to hello@vagora.net. You can also leave the waitlist using the link in each email.
